You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, or UMID card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing is contingent on satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillid account credentials, including your mobile number, username, and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jillid will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete personal information in your jillid account profile. If any of your registered information changes — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account promptly. jillid may suspend accounts where information is found to be materially inaccurate or where updates have not been made.
You must notify jillid immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account, any security breach affecting your account, or any discrepancy in your account balance or transaction history. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on jillid are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied or charged by jillid. If your payment method involves a foreign currency transaction at your bank's or e-wallet provider's end, any resulting conversion fees are solely the responsibility of the Player.
The minimum deposit amount on jillid is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and by account verification tier. Limits are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

To be eligible for a withdrawal, the Player must have completed jillid's KYC identity verification process. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the deposit source require additional verification.
Real-money funds deposited by the Player (non-bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. jillid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time, including promotions currently in progress, with or without prior notice. Players who have already accepted and are actively satisfying a bonus rollover at the time of modification will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete the existing rollover under the original terms.

A wager is only considered accepted and valid when it has been confirmed by jillid's system and a confirmation notification has been displayed to the Player. Bets not confirmed by the system due to connectivity failures or technical errors will not be settled and stakes will be returned.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit jillid's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by jillid's own actions, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
jillid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform. In the event of termination for cause, jillid may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation.
You may close your jillid account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable pending wagers or bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements.
jillid's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the jillid Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
